Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

4. Event Conditions & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, suitable space for setup and operation. FireSpin360 is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by unsafe conditions, lack of space, power issues, or venue restrictions.

5. User Content & Media Release
By using our services, you grant FireSpin360 permission to use photos and videos captured at your event for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing), unless you submit a written opt-out request prior to your event.

6. SMS/Text Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from FireSpin360 related to your inquiry, booking, event updates, reminders, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, and media, is the property of FireSpin360 and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
